A minimum of 800×800 pixels with good lighting works best. The clearer and higher-res your photo, the crisper the print. Avoid very dark, blurry, or heavily filtered photos. Our AI will automatically remove the background for a clean result.

Absolutely! We support dogs, cats, birds, small pets (rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs) and really any pet photo you upload. The personaliser works with any animal portrait.

Yes — the personaliser shows a real-time preview of your pet on the product. What you see is what gets printed. After placing your order you'll receive a digital proof via WhatsApp/email within 2 hours for approval before we send to print.

Products like Paw Print Hoodie, Dog Mom Tee, Cat Dad Tee, Pet Parent Tumbler, Paw Print Tote, Happy Pawrents Mug, and Dog Bandana (Plain) are pre-designed — you can order them as-is without uploading any photo. They're shipped within 2–3 days.

Custom (personalised) orders take 5–7 business days — 1–2 days for printing + 3–5 days for delivery across India. Pre-designed products ship within 2–3 business days. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad) tend to arrive faster.

Yes! We ship to all 29 states and 7 UTs across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at all serviceable pincodes. Online payment (UPI, card, net banking) is also accepted.

Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499 a flat ₹59 shipping fee applies.

Once your order ships you'll get an SMS + WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number anytime.

Because each product is custom-printed for you, we generally don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect print, we'll replace it at no charge. Just WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

We approve a digital proof with you before printing. If the final product differs significantly from the approved proof, we'll reprint for free. If the issue is with the photo quality you uploaded (blurry, low-res), we won't be able to offer a reprint but we'll do our best to flag this before printing.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (card/UPI/net banking). COD refunds are issued via bank transfer — please share your account details when requesting.

T-shirts and hoodies are available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL (unisex). Baby Tees are available in 0–3M, 3–6M, 6–12M, and 12–18M. Dog T-Shirts come in XS, S, M, L, XL.

Yes! On supported products you can add your pet's name, a short tagline, or custom text. Use the text field in the personaliser before adding to cart, or mention it in the order notes during checkout.

Multiple-pet photos work great! Upload a photo with all your pets in frame. The background removal will isolate the animals together. You can then position them on the product preview as needed.

We accept JPG, PNG, WEBP, and HEIC (iPhone) formats. Maximum file size is 15MB. For best results, use a PNG or high-quality JPG.

Yes. Online payments are processed by Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway — over a 256-bit SSL encrypted connection. We never store your card details.

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). EMI options are available for orders above ₹3,000.
